Introduction to Zigonglu Tomb: The three west rooms to the west of Confucius’ tomb are the Zigonglu Tomb. After Confucius died, all his disciples guarded the tomb for three years and then left. Only Zigong stayed here for another three years. To commemorate this event, later generations built three houses and erected a monument titled "Zigonglu Tomb Place."
