Introduction to ancient stele carvings: On the east wall of the ancient temple, there are 7 ancient stele inlaid with different sizes. Among them is an inscription written by Li Zifang, the minister of the Ministry of War who was stationed in Quzhou during the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty: "Rebuilding the Monument of the Confucius Family Temple in Quzhou". The inscription reads: "Since the Kaiyuan period of the Tang Dynasty, Confucius temples have been erected in all counties and cities, and there are ministers who worship the temple. As for today, it is not abolished; but there are only two Confucius family temples in Qufu and Quzhou in Zhejiang.
