Introduction to the National Opera House: The Romanian National Opera House was opened on January 9, 1954. The main theater has 2,200 seats. There is an opera history museum inside, which displays many precious historical documents, photos, costumes and props, etc., witnessing the development of Romanian opera. In front of the opera house stands a bronze statue of the famous musician Ceorge Enescu, which is a masterpiece of the famous Romanian sculptor Ion Jalea.
