Introduction to the Capitoline Museum: The Capitoline Museum (Musei Capitolini) was designed by Michelangelo and is divided into two palaces, the New Palace and the Conservative Palace. Among them, the New Palace was opened in 1734 and can be called the first public museum in the world. Its collections have been mainly sculptures since the Renaissance. (Tickets are 13 euros, opening hours are 9:00-20:00 from Tuesday to Sunday)
