Introduction to Southern yew: There are three Southern yew trees that are more than 900 years old growing in Dashuhou Village on the northeast side of the scenic spot. The largest tree among them is 30 meters high, 1,200 years old, and has a diameter at breast height of 2.78 meters. It takes six people to hold hands to go around the tree. The crown width is 10 meters × 11 meters. Although the main trunk has decayed to form a cavity, the branches are vigorous and the leaves are luxuriant. Lush, blooming and bearing fruits as usual every year. The hollow at the base of the trunk is more than 2 meters in diameter, and an Eight Immortals table can be placed in the hole. In 2007, the tree was rated as "the largest yew in Zhejiang" and was selected into the Guinness Records of Zhejiang Agriculture.
