The facade has three sections horizontally and three sections vertically. The bottom and upper sections are both in Baroque style, while the middle section is in modernist architectural style. The building is majestic in style, with a sense of grandeur in its simplicity. It can be said that simplicity and complexity are harmonious, luxurious and elegant. It is now the headquarters of China Pacific Insurance Company. The building is located at No. 1, Zhongshan East 1st Road.
