Introduction to the Dajing plaque: In the 16th year of Daoguang's reign (1836), a granite archway was erected at the east end of the Guandi Temple, and the governor of Liangjiang, Chen Luan, inscribed the plaque "Daqian Shengjing". In the first year of Xuantong (1909), the Dajing Guandi Temple was rebuilt, and the plaque was changed to the word "Dajing" that we see now.
