Introduction to the lotus pond: The lotus pond is located in the northeast of the rockery in the southwest of the park, with the exhibition greenhouse in the north. The pool covers an area of about 2,000 square meters and is full of lotus plants. There is a group of buildings with a concrete structure and pavilions on the south bank of the pool facing the water, with a total area of 221 square meters. The northeast part of the pond is separated into a small pond by a small curved embankment. The pond is covered with a tall and slanting sycamore tree, which has a unique scenery. There is a small stream beside the lotus pond, which twists and turns to the east. There are a few water lilies blooming sparsely in the stream. At the end of the creek is a small hill. There is a pavilion on the top of the hill, and an artificial spring flows into the stream under the pavilion. Since 1992, the creek has been filled in and transformed into a "rapid rapids" surfing activity area.
