Introduction to Ho Tung Mansion: No. 457, Shaanxi North Road, opposite Taiping Garden, is a large garden that surrounds a large section of Shaanxi North Road and Beijing West Road. The gate opens on Shaanxi North Road, and is now a dictionary publishing house. This magnificent British-style mansion was built in 1926. The original owner was Sir Robert Ho Tung, the great uncle of Hong Kong and Macau entertainment king Stanley Ho, and it was known as Ho Tung Mansion.
