Introduction to Xuehai Hall: Xuehai Hall is a five-bay hall built during the Xuantong period of the late Qing Dynasty. Therefore, plum blossoms were planted in front of the original hall. When the plum blossoms bloomed, there was a sea of snow, so it was called Xuehai Hall. The plaque in the hall was originally written by Feng Wenquan, a native of the city, but it was destroyed in the war. The current name "Xuehaitang" was written by Zhu Kongyang, a native of Yi, when he was 92 years old. There are small courtyards on the west and east sides of Xuehai Hall, each with an osmanthus tree that is more than a hundred years old. There is a pair of large carved stone lions in front of the Xuehai Hall. They are relics from the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty. They were once placed on the tomb of the wife of Xu Jie, the prime minister of Songjiang in the Ming Dynasty. Later, they changed owners several times and were placed on the tomb of Xu Guangqi's daughter. It was not until modern times that it was moved from there and placed here for people to watch. Dr. Sun Yat-sen once gave a speech here.
