Introduction to the Five Directions Buddhas: In the middle of the Buddhist altar in the temple, there are five clay statues of the Tathagata with golden bodies, seated on the lotus pedestal. They are known as the Five Directions Buddhas. They are original works of the Jin Dynasty. They have solemn appearance, elegant posture, smooth clothing patterns and excellent carving skills. It is superb. Although it has been decorated with paintings of the past dynasties, it still retains the artistic style of Liao and Jin sculptures. The huge rosette is inlaid with lotus petals, beads, triangular persimmon stems and lion heads. It is a relic of the Liao Dynasty along with the five Buddha statues on it. There are disciples and Bodhisattvas around me who are respectful and respectful.
