Introduction to Dui Kuang: "Dui Kuang" is a multifunctional "crusher" that can be used to crush many agricultural products. It is named because of the "clang" sound. One end of the tool is a stone mortar half buried in the ground, into which cooked glutinous rice can be put. One or two people step on the pedal at the other end of the "right" fulcrum, and when their feet are loosened, it will fall down with a "clang" of natural gravity. After going back and forth like this, the cooked glutinous rice grains were smashed into rice balls and used to make glutinous rice cakes.
