Introduction to Zixia Palace: Zixia Palace was built during the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty and was once a Buddhist holy place in southwestern Hunan. There is a 6-meter-tall Guanyin Bodhisattva in the reconstructed temple. It is the second largest Buddha statue in Hunan after Nanyue. It is famous for its continuous flow of people who burn incense and ask for fortune-telling.
