Shengjing Forest of Steles Park Introduction: The Sheli Pagoda Shengjing Forest of Steles Park was opened to the public after reconstruction in October 2015. It was upgraded and transformed on the basis of the Sheli Pagoda Beach Park. The park is bounded by Fenhe Street in the east, Tawan Street in the west, the residential area on the south bank of the North Canal in the south, and Planning Road in the north. It covers an area of about 9.22 hectares and is divided into Shenyang Shengjing Beilin Park, Stupa Park Scenic Area, North Bank Landscape and South Bank Landscape in three parts.
