Introduction to the stone plaque of Shengshou Pagoda: There is a stone plaque under the eaves of the south side of the second floor of the pagoda, which reads "Shengshou Pagoda". On the left is engraved "Jiang Shilang, County Wei Guan Gou Xue Shi Fang Yanhui, General Shi Lang, the chief secretary is in charge of Gou academic affairs, Huang Yong", and on the right is inscribed "Tong Shilang, the county magistrate is in charge of Gou academic affairs, and Cai Chouli is in charge of agricultural affairs". After consulting relevant historical materials, local researchers confirmed that the officials named above were all officials in Changle County during the Zhenghe period of the Song Dynasty, indicating that this plaque is indeed an old thing from that time, and "Shengshou Pagoda" is the original name of the tower.
