Introduction to Nantianmen: Nantianmen, it is said, is far away from the Great North Gate (Fusheng Gate) of Shengjing City, and forms an axis with the Phoenix Tower of the Forbidden City in latitude and longitude.
In the eighth year of Tiancong's reign in the Qing Dynasty, when Huang Taiji inspected the eight gates and gates of Shengjing, he came to the tower of the Great North Gate. Looking north, he saw ninety-nine peaks dozens of miles away, shaped like Panlong came here on horseback and saw two huge stone gates facing the north gate of Shengjing City. He praised: "It's really a gate of heaven.", so it was named "Nantian Gate".
