Introduction to the entrance to the Savage Cave: The Savage Cave is named after "the savages live on the top of the divine snake" in Bao Ding's poem "He Shepan Island Rhyme". The savages refer to quarrymen, pirates and islanders in the mountains and wilds. The Savage Cave was the place where they lived back then. "Who said that the carvings made by ghosts and axes were actually the remains of the broken mountains and water?" The Savage Cave shows the miracle of the "broken mountains" after thousands of years of ax carving. Visitors can appreciate the roughness and freehand brushwork of mountain cave dwellings.
