Introduction to the Twin Pagodas Martyrs Cemetery: The Twin Pagodas Martyrs Cemetery is located on the south side of the Shuangta Temple. It was built in 1954 to commemorate the martyrs who liberated Taiyuan. The cemetery covers an area of ​​more than 360 acres, facing east and west. The main building has three memorial halls standing side by side. The second floor of the main hall is imitating a mountain-style building and is a columbarium. The north hall is the "Commemorative Exhibition of Martyr Gao Junyu" and the south hall is "Revolutionary Martyrs". "Exhibition Room of Deeds", where the "Three Martyrs" Liu Tianzhang, Ren Guozhen and Yin Kaiqing, leaders of the Provincial Party Committee during the Great Revolution, are buried, as well as 430 martyrs who sacrificed their lives heroically in the battle to liberate Taiyuan.
