Introduction to the Cardamom Temple: The Cardamom Temple (PrasatKravan) is located south of the Royal Bath (Srah Srang). It is a Hindu temple among the ancient ruins of Angkor, Cambodia. Its modern name is "Cardamon Sanctuary". The Cardamom Temple was built in 921 and rebuilt by the French in the 19th century. The relief on the wall of the main tower depicts Vishnu riding the Garuda in Indian mythology, and the relief on the wall of the west tower depicts Vishnu's concubine Auspicious Sky.
