Introduction to the Preah Neak Pean Pool: The Preah Neak Pean Pool is located in the Long Pan Temple in the center of the North Pond (dried up). It consists of five pools, one large, four small, and five. The central large pool is 70 meters long. There is a small mountain-shaped temple in the pool. There are four fountains in the small pool: elephant, horse, lion and human. The Dragon Pan Pool symbolizes the "heatless pool", the source of the four major rivers in Buddhist teachings. Its water is believed to have the effect of curing diseases, eliminating disasters, and washing away sins.
