Introduction to the Crystal Palace: The Palacio de Cristal is about 25 meters high and located near an artificial lake. It was designed and built in 1887 by Ricardo Velázquez Bosco. Modeled after the Crystal Palace in London, it is built of iron and glass, and there are swans swimming in the fountain in front of the house. The palace was first used as a place to display foreign plants. Now the palace is mainly used to hold contemporary art exhibitions.
In the lake in front of the Crystal Palace, there are several Italian cypress trees growing in the water. The special thing is that the roots and part of the trunk are immersed in the water. The Crystal Palace is surrounded by tall Indian chestnut trees. Many people visit the park, especially on weekends.
