Introduction to Penglai Three Cave: Penglai Three Cave is composed of three connected open caves and three hidden caves. It is one of the nine famous caves in Chaya Mountain and is a geological relic of granite stacked scaffolding caves. It is named "Penglai Three Cave" because it is said that in ancient times, three Taoists from Penglai Island practiced practice here. This is an important Taoist cave in the sky. The roads in the cave are complicated. According to local elders, this cave can lead down to the bottom of the valley and upward to the "Yangjiazhai" behind the mountain. During the Anti-Japanese War and the liberation of the country, the cave was the center of the Communist Party of China. Chaya Mountain is the main activity center. Famous members of our party, including Zhou Ziyu, Shi Zhiren, Wei Langzhai and Wei Taichu, led the two campaigns of "Chaya Mountain Defense War" and "Chaya Mountain Sniper War" in this cave. It effectively dealt a blow to the arrogance of the Japanese and puppet troops. This cave was also where our party stored arms and food. In the early days of liberation, all military supplies were sealed in the cave. Due to the replacement of personnel, these supplies have not been found so far. Go to the back mountain The dark cave was also blocked by big rocks. Most of the statues in the cave and the buildings in the outbuildings were destroyed by the war. Part of it was restored in the late Republic of China, but was smashed during the destruction of the Four Olds. During the liberation in 1982, pilgrims rebuilt the Penglai Three Cave here.
