Introduction to Buddha statues: The main hall of Chongyuan Temple enshrines the horizontal Buddha III, which represents the three generations of east, west and middle generations, while some temples enshrine the vertical III Buddha, which represents the past, present and future generations. Each Buddha statue is 18.5 meters high, and the Buddha is 7.5 meters tall. It is made of pure copper and is gilded on the surface. The total amount of copper used is 112 tons. It is the largest main Buddha statue in China and the ninth largest.
