Introduction to Huqiu Sword Pond: The most mysterious and attractive monument in Huqiu is the Sword Pond. Next to the round cave door of "Bieyou Cave" are the four characters "Huqiu Sword Pool", which were originally written by Yan Zhenqing, a great calligrapher of the Tang Dynasty, and later copied and re-engraved according to the original by a famous Suzhou stone carver named Zhang Zhongyu. Hence the saying "Fake Tiger Hill and Real Sword Pond". According to legend, under the Sword Pond is where King Helu of Wu was buried. Among the burial objects were three thousand swords such as "Zhuan Zhu" and "Yuchang", so it was called Sword Pond.
