Introduction to the Pagoda Courtyard: In front of the foyer of the Puming Pagoda Courtyard hangs a gold plaque with the message "Supreme Coolness". There is a white marble screen wall in the foyer with four gilt characters "Puming Pagoda Courtyard" engraved on it. Behind the screen wall is inscribed the "Inscription on the Reconstruction of Puming Pagoda and Pagoda Courtyard in Hanshan Temple". The inscription completely describes the history, rise and fall, and reconstruction of Puming Pagoda.
