Introduction to Lai Yanxie: Because Tianping Mountain has the scene of flying swallows hovering low, it is named after the poetic meaning of "Windless Mountain is free, and the swallows will come back if there is a master" by Seng Si. The plane of Laiyanxie is square, with the pavilion as the center. There is a plaque of "Tingying Pavilion" hanging in the pavilion. Just below the Yanxie Pavilion is the scripture turning platform. A pond was dug here to serve as the platform. According to legend, this was where Fan Zhongyan’s mother dried scriptures.
