Introduction to Heishan: Heishan is a mountain peak 1 km due north of Woyao. It has a prominent solitary peak and is extremely magnificent. According to legend, Emperor Yao met a strange man named Heigong when he was visiting a virtuous man. He wanted to surrender the world to Heigong, but Heigong refused, so Emperor Yao built a tall building here for Heigong. This is today's "Heigong" mountain peak, commonly known as Black Mountain.
