Introduction to New Orchid Pavilion: New Orchid Pavilion was built in 1950 and is a Chinese-style four-cornered pavilion. When Chiang Kai-shek was alive, this was the place where a hall was set up for his birthday every year, so it was also called "Shou Pavilion". The New Orchid Pavilion is connected to a building on the left side. The walls on both sides are decorated with classical patterns and the lighting is very good. There is a small pool and rockery in the courtyard.
