Introduction to Naimo Pavilion: Naimo Pavilion was built to commemorate the national hero Huang Naimo. During the Sino-Japanese War of 1894, Huang Naimo served as the deputy commander of the Beiyang Navy's "Zhiyuan". When the ammunition was exhausted, , resolutely rushed towards the enemy ship, but unfortunately was hit by a torpedo. Deng Shichang (Guan Dai), Huang Naimo, and 250 officers and soldiers on the ship were buried in the sea. The plaque of "Naimo Pavilion" inscribed by Comrade Deng Yingchao hangs there.
