Introduction to the stone lion: Entering Longshan Temple from the mountain gate, you will see a lion throne carved from green dou stone in the flower gardens on both sides. It was dedicated by two believers, Liu Huatang of Wenling and Xu Kejing of Pengjiang in the third year of Jiaqing. The male lion steps on a hydrangea ball, which is engraved with ancient coin patterns; the lioness holds her cub in her arms, full of love. Both lions have unique shapes and exquisite craftsmanship, fully reflecting the skills of the craftsmen.
