Introduction to the Guanyin Hall: The current Baiyun Temple was built on the Guanyin Hall with repeated additions and expansions. The original Guanyin Hall had three rooms (still existing today), facing south. There were three original statues in the hall. In the center was the Guanyin Bodhisattva, flanked by a golden boy holding a vase and a dragon girl holding a willow branch.
