Introduction to Town Hall Square: The Town Hall Square (Reakoja Plats) in the old city has been the center of Tallinn life since the 12th century. The Town Hall built in 1313 is a Gothic-style building with a tower that reaches into the clouds and is 65 meters high. It is the only existing Gothic-style town hall in Northern Europe.
