Introduction to Bophut Beach: Bophut Beach is located in the north of Koh Samui, west of Big Buddha Beach. It is two kilometers long, with beautiful scenery, clear water and white sand. This is the best place to watch the sunset and is the oldest settlement on the island, having previously been a small fishing village. To the west is Mae Nam. At the end of the village is a series of small bays made of huge rocks. It is an ideal snorkeling place with very few tourists.
