Building introduction: The Samaranch Memorial Hall covers an area of approximately 216 acres, with a construction area of approximately 19,000 square meters. The main building presents the intersection effect of two circles. One is the shape of "8" to commemorate the 2008 Beijing Olympics; the second is the shape of "S" representing the first letter of Samaranch's name "Samaranch"; the third is the shape symbolizing The meaning of infinite development and eternity. The building is designed in the shape of a ring and a circular ramp, organically combining the two buildings and three sunken courtyards. These five circles represent the five Olympic rings, symbolizing the Olympic movement that unites the five continents.
