Introduction to the flat-top tower: The existing Wanghai Tower was rebuilt according to the original shape using the "Gengzi Indemnity" in the 29th year of Guangxu (1903). There are three flat-topped towers in the shape of a mountain on the front. The middle tower is the tallest, 12 meters high, and has a penholder-type structure. Most of the buildings except the middle tower are two stories. There are also 8 animal heads inlaid on the tops of the towers on both sides, which are specially used for drainage when it rains. Rainwater can gush out from the mouths of the animal heads.
