It spans four dynasties and lasts for more than 400 years. It reflects the different styles and artistic achievements of each period, but has a connected traditional relationship. For example, in Cave Nos. 1, 10, and 16 of the Northern Qi Dynasty, a front porch with imitation wood structure was added in front of the cave. There are two carved columns in the corridor, the capitals are supported by cypress branches, and there is a three-liter bucket arch on the beam. The middle is decorated with herringbone cross hands. It is the only existing example of architecture in the Northern Qi Dynasty and has great scientific research value.
