Introduction to Zhou Enlai's Speech Memorial Pavilion: Zhou Enlai's Speech Memorial Pavilion is located at the former site of "Baizitang" in the east of Weituo Hall. In 1989, the Lin'an County People's Government built it to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Zhou Enlai's trip to the West Tianmu. In the pavilion, there is a stele "Old Site of Zhou Enlai's Lecture". The stele is inscribed by the famous art master Liu Kaiqu. The memorial pavilion is exquisite in shape and unique.
