Introduction to Da'an Temple: Da'an Temple has a history of more than 1,300 years. It was named and built by Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty. In the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the temple collapsed. After restoration and reconstruction, the Da'an Temple covers an area of 16,675 square meters, with a construction area of 16,000 square meters. It has an architectural pattern of one gate and thirteen halls.
This temple covers two major Buddhist sects, the Mahayana and Theravada Buddhism. Among them, the Golden Buddha Hall is designed and built according to the Buddhist art style of the prosperous Tang Dynasty. It has the largest single area among domestic temple buildings and the amount of bronze and gilding. It has the largest number of Buddhist temples in China, the largest gilded area, and the highest shape of Buddha statues. There are a total of 133 statues in each hall of the temple.
