Introduction to Kelsang Phodrang: Kelsang Phodrang is located in the southeast corner of the east area of the palace. It was built in 1755 and was specially used for the bathing of the seventh Dalai Lama Kelsang Gyatso. It is the earliest palace in Norbulingkari. .
The first floor of Kelsang Phozhang is the sutra hall, the second floor is the Luohan Hall, the Dharma Protector Hall and the Dalai Lama's reading room, and the third floor is where the Dalai Lama meets with monks and lay officials. On the second floor, there are four murals with children's themes. The pictures are lively and secular, which are rare among Tibetan murals.
