Introduction to Qingpu Ashram: Qingpu Ashram is located in Zhanang County, Shannan, at an altitude of 4,300 meters. It is the most famous hermitage in Tibetan Buddhism. The environment here is quiet and elegant, with no severe cold in winter and no scorching heat in summer. In addition, eminent monks such as Shantarakshita and Padmasambhava once practiced here. Therefore, Qingpu and Samye Temple are both famous, and there is an endless stream of pilgrims. There are also footprints of Master Padmasambhava in a meditation cave on the mountain.
