Introduction to Tibetan Opera Performances: The Tibetan name of Tibetan Opera is "Ajilam", which means "Fairy Sisters". It is said that Tibetan opera was first performed by seven sisters, and the content of the play is mostly mythical stories from Buddhist scriptures, hence the name. Tibetan opera originated from Tibetan religious art in the 8th century. In the 17th century, it was separated from the religious rituals in monasteries and gradually formed a life-oriented performance that was mainly based on singing and combined with basic procedures such as singing, chanting, dancing, expression, speaking and skills. The singing tune of Tibetan opera is high-pitched and vigorous, and the music is basically determined by the person, and each line of singing is supported by a human voice.
