Introduction to Asakusa Shrine: Located on the east side of the main hall of Sensoji Temple in Tokyo, Japan, it is one of the most influential shrines. Enshrined here are three figures who were closely related to the founding of Sensoji Temple: Tomo Manakachi, Hida Hamari, and Hizen Takenari. It has remained as it was for 350 years and was designated as a national important cultural property in 1951.
