Water Tunnel Introduction: The downlink of the Tokyo Bay Undersea Tunnel was completed in Japan on April 21, 2009. This tunnel that crosses the seabed of Tokyo Bay is about 9.6 kilometers long. It is a major component of the "Tokyo Bay Cross Road" and will also greatly shorten the distance between Kawasaki and Kisarazu.
