Introduction to Chong Palace: Also known as Zhilan Valley, the natural landscape is famous for its pine cliffs and hanging spring grottoes. In the valley, there are hundreds of meters of steep cliffs. There is a row of semi-circular grottoes in the cliff. There are 8 Buddhist niches in the cave and a section of the cave. The statue in the niche has been damaged, and only a rectangular stone pedestal remains. The two are separated by a stone wall. The walls are carved with reliefs such as lotuses, chrysanthemums, twisted branches and leaves, warriors holding halberds, and knights. Although the relief has been protected from the weather, it is still clearly visible. On the lower cliff of the grotto, there are seven "herringbone" shaped holes with a diameter of 30-50 cm. In front of the cliff is a wide lawn, on which Tang Dynasty building materials can be seen everywhere, which is the ruins of Sucheng Hall.
