Introduction to the University of Bonn: Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn (Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn), referred to as the University of Bonn, is located on the Rhine River and is a product of the Enlightenment in the 18th century. A pale yellow palace building 700 meters long from east to west is the Elector's Palace, which was built in 1697. It is now the main building of the university and is also the landmark building of the school.
