Introduction to the interior of the Arc de Triomphe: There is an elevator in the Arc de Triomphe that can go directly to the 50-meter-high arch observation deck. People can also climb up the 273-step spiral stone staircase. There is a small history museum on the second floor of the building, which displays many pictures and historical documents about the architectural history of the Arc de Triomphe, as well as pictures introducing the life and deeds of Napoleon, a great figure in French history, and the names of 558 generals who fought with Napoleon. There are two movie screening rooms with commentary in English and French, specially showing some information films reflecting the historical changes of Paris.
