Introduction to the Sutra Building: On the second floor of the main hall is the Kangyur Lakang, where the Kangyur Sutra is stored. The third floor of the main hall is the Jampa Buddha (Future Buddha) Hall. Inside is a life-size bronze statue of Jampa Buddha when he was eight years old. This Qiangba Buddha statue was consecrated by Tsongkhapa himself when he was still alive. It is extremely famous and is also called "Qiangba Tongzhen". In addition to its religious significance, it is the most spiritual statue among all Jampa Buddhas in Tibet and is indeed a rare artistic treasure in Tibet. On the door of Qiangba Buddha Hall hangs a Chinese plaque with the words "Mulong Yuanshan". It was carved and dedicated by Qishan, the minister in Tibet during the Qing Dynasty, when he was transferred out of Tibet (1846). The fourth floor of the main hall is the Sakyamuni Buddha Hall, which is said to be made of 500 taels of silver and has 13 silver pagodas on both sides.
