This is the place where Tujia residents worship the gods, also called the "Tianxin Altar". Legend has it that the wizard Tima once talked with the gods here. Local residents regard it as a holy place to pray for blessings and fulfill their wishes. During festivals, groups of residents come here to pay homage.
