Introduction to Ge Hong's Pill Presentation: Ge Hong (284-364 or 343) was a Taoist scholar, famous alchemist and medical expert in the Eastern Jin Dynasty. He is regarded as the founder of Sanqing Mountain. Gehong Xiandan is located in the Nanqing Garden Scenic Area. The top of this mountain resembles a Taoist priest holding a medicinal gourd, so people named it "Ge Hong" as a commemoration of the founder of the mountain.
