Introduction to Oslo City Hall: Oslo City Hall was built in 1931. The Nobel Peace Prize Award Ceremony is held here every year on December 10. There are guided tours in Norwegian and English every day in June, July and August, and tours in other months are scheduled on Wednesdays. The guided tour is free and lasts approximately 45 minutes.
